Idea Submission Form for Inventors
If you have an idea you would like to submit to ThinkVillage for assessment, please fill out our online form below.
We need to know how you would build or implement your innovation because the patent office requires that each submission contain a description that would enable the patent inspector to build/implement the invention from the information included in the patent application. Additionally, ThinkVillage requires enough detail to determine if an idea is patentable and could feasibly lead to profitable implementation
Please attach drawings, illustrations, and any other material or information that is relevant and related to youridea.
If you prefer not to submit your idea via our website, this form can be viewed in PDF format and printed (View Idea Submission Form).

Please fill out a separate form for each of your ideas. Before you start, be sure to conduct an internet search to see if your idea is already on the market. This is called a "prior art" search. (Because it weakens a patent claim, it is difficult for ThinkVillage to justify an investment with prior art.) Once you've verified that there is no prior art, fill out the form and send it our way.
